I’m planting some myself tonight in some Jiffy Pots and pellet trays. I always love getting ready this time of year for the next 5 months of growing and harvesting organic produce in my backyard. On tap in the garage tonight we have pak choi bonsai hybrid, radish minowase, American flag leeks, round Dutch cabbage, bibb lettuce, and evergreen bunching onions. Good times!
Armstrong Garden Centers shows us how to plant Bok Choy, one of my favorite leafy greens.

These must be cold weather crops for planting outside in early spring before frosts are over in CO, right?

Your absolutely right (aside from the cukes/tomatoes, which are “cool” hardy varieties)!
